Dinesh Sharma Leads CNB T20 2024 Run-Scorers as Moncton Warriors Top the Table

As the Moncton Warriors continue to lead the competition with a commanding nine wins from their 16 matches, sitting comfortably at the top of the table with a Net Run Rate (NRR) of 1.887. Led by standout performances, the Warriors have established themselves as the team to beat, with Dinesh Sharma leading the charge as the highest run-scorer of the league so far.

Sharma has been in phenomenal form, amassing 326 runs in just 10 innings, including three half-centuries. His consistent contributions with the bat have played a pivotal role in Moncton’s dominance throughout the season. Sharma’s form will be key for the Warriors’ push for the title.

In second place are the Saint John Titans, who have secured five wins in 12 matches. With an NRR of 0.205, the Titans are still within striking distance of the top, but they’ll need a strong finish to catch up to Moncton.

Fredericton Blues and Riverview Ravens are both locked in a tight battle for the third and fourth spots, each with six wins from 14 matches but struggling with negative NRRs of -0.856 and -1.236, respectively. They’ll need to improve their consistency if they hope to secure a playoff berth.

Meanwhile, the Saint John Warriors have had a tough season, failing to register a single win in their 12 matches. With an NRR of -3.749, they’ll be looking to finish the season on a positive note.

As the CNB T20 2024 heads toward its conclusion, all eyes will be on Moncton Warriors and Dinesh Sharma.
