Pakistan Outplays Zimbabwe To Win the Third ODI & The Series!
Pakistan wrapped up the ODI series in style, defeating Zimbabwe by 99 runs in the third and final match in Bulawayo. The victory was powered by Kamran Ghulam’s brilliant century and a solid team bowling effort.
Batting first, Pakistan put up an impressive total of 303/6. Kamran Ghulam, also named the Player Of The Match, led the charge with a superb 103 off 99 balls, supported by Abdullah Shafique’s fifty. Late fireworks from Agha Salman & Tayyab Tahir ensured Pakistan crossed the 300-mark. For Zimbabwe, Sikandar Raza and Richard Ngarava claimed two wickets each.
In response, Zimbabwe struggled against Pakistan’s bowlers and were bowled out for 204 in 40.1 overs. Craig Ervine fought hard with a half-century, and Brian Bennett contributed a quick 37. However, Pakistan’s bowlers, led by Abrar Ahmed and Haris Rauf with two wickets each, kept Zimbabwe in check. Saim Ayub also impressed with two crucial wickets early on.
This win secured a dominant series win for Pakistan, showcasing their all-around performance and depth.
